I RECENTLY SAW “THE ENABLER” AS A TERM USED TO DESCRIBE PEOPLE WHO HELP JUNKIE’S SCORE DRUGS. DOES THE ENABLER.COM IMPORT, SELL OR DISTRIBUTE DRUGS OR ANY OTHER ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES ?

We are all fashion junkies here at Enabler HO. We figure if we are addicted to fashion we might as well drag you all down with us. Dealing in fashion is currently legal in most countries around the world including Australia, (apart from Albania where it is punishable by death, hence the drab outfits). We unfortunately do not import, manufacture or sell illegal substances, although we did briefly consider it due to the high profit margin.

WHAT IS THE MEANING OF LIFE ?

Who cares just look good doing whatever gets you high…. And be nice…. Grumpy biatch.

SHOULD I SPEND MORE MONEY ON FASHION THAN ON SMARTER INVESTMENTS LIKE BOOKS AND STUFF ?

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY AMAZING NEW PURCHASE TO ARRIVE ?

If you live in Australia, we estimate between 1 – 5 days depending on your location. If you live in a capital city on the east coast of Australia, then it should get to you the day after it is shipped. If you live in the middle of nowhere, we just need a couple of extra days to find you (the mailman on horseback will eventually get to your camp… please send smoke signals). International shipments should arrive within 3 – 15 days… (except Albania of course).

IS SHIPPING FREE ?

If you spend over $50 (not including shipping) your shipping is free. If your item is less than $50, you will be charged a flat fee of $8. International shipments are charged at a flat rate of $40.

WHO DO YOU USE TO SHIP YOUR PACKAGES ?

We tested various shipping methods which included firing packages from a cannon, tying them to racing pigeons, and placing packages at sea and letting them “find their way home”. Unfortunately none of these methods turned out to be successful. It turns out cannons are an illegal method of sending mail, the pigeons couldn’t get off the ground due to the excessive weight, and the hippie method (Namaste), well it turns out cardboard isn’t waterproof…. Otherwise we are sure this would have worked. So after exhaustive testing, we now ship using Toll Logistics domestically (within Australia). We use TNT for International shipments. You will be supplied with a tracking number upon completion of your purchase, so you will know where your package is at all times once it is shipped.

WHAT IF I WANT TO RETURN SOMETHING ?

Email us at help@theenabler.com with the details and we will issue a RA (return authorisation number). We can then either pick up the garment from you or you can ship it back to us with the RA we issue you.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN ?

Once we have received your package and the sniffer dogs have been over it, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email at the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.

Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us. They make billions of dollars profit every year, but still take up to a week to process a payment.. go figure.

 HAVE YOU CHARGED ME TWICE ?

Your credit card will only be charged once after your order ships. If you just placed your order, what you are seeing on your bank account is an authorization. This is a common bank practice handling credit card transactions to ensure sufficient funds and account authenticity. This authorization will clear (depending on your bank, usually within 48 – 72 hours.) If you need help speeding up the process, you can contact the issuing bank of your credit card and tell them to hurry the f*ck up.

Please only click the “Place Order” button once to avoid multiple authorizations. We know your going mental about getting your new purchase, but just like the traffic lights, pressing the button more than once won't make it come quicker.

 I GET AN ERROR MESSAGE WHEN I ENTER MY SHIPPING AND BILLING ADDRESSES. WHAT’S GOING ON ?

Buggered if we know ! (kidding) If you are receiving an error message, there may be a problem with your credit card information, billing or shipping address. The billing address should match exactly what your bank has on file. Please review all information closely and look for any typos. Also, try re-formatting the names and addresses in your billing information (this often solves the issue).

MY ORDER WON’T PROCESS.... HELP ?

If you’re still receiving an error message after reviewing your credit card information, billing and shipping address, make sure you’re using the latest version of your web browser and not a commodore 64.

I NEED TO CHANGE SOMETHING ON MY ORDER.... HELP ?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We generally process orders within 12 - 24 hours, and once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.  

I JUST PLACED MY ORDER AND FOUND SOMETHING ELSE.  CAN I ADD ANOTHER ITEM ?

Unfortunately we cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order for the item and contact us. We’ll be happy to waive shipping on this additional order if it was placed within 24 hours of the original order.

I’M UNSURE ABOUT A SIZE OR I HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT FIT.  WHERE DO I GET THE INFO ?

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEMS THAT WERE PURCHASED ON SALE ?

All final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged, your getting a good deal already.... c'mon dude.

I HAVEN’T GOT A CONFIRMATION EMAIL ?

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order.  If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add help@theenabler.com to your safe sender list. You can also check your order status by signing into your account on our website.

MY ORDER WAS CANCELED ?

Due to an unforeseen event (world war 3, Zombie Apocalypse, we ran out of stock before we could update our system), the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available. We promise these cases are rare. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES ?

Yes Pablo Escobar, stop trying to doge customs. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Amounts may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

THE ENABLER cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.

If you refuse a shipment from THE ENABLER, firstly your crazy because whatver we stock is always amazing, and secondly, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to THE ENABLER. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
